Vikram Kapoor – B. A. (Com). ( Delhi University ), LL. B. ( Delhi University ).

Mr. Vikram Kapoor is the founder of the Company. He was admitted to the Bar in 1972.

He has been handling matters pertaining to Property/Real Estate, Arbitration and Conciliation, Sick Industrial Companies, Labour Law, Foreign Exchange Management, Banking Laws, Negotiable Instruments, Suits for Partition, Possession, Recovery of Debts, Injunctions etc. He handles litigation for the Company in various Courts and Tribunals in and around Delhi as well as in various other states of India . He has indepth knowledge on various laws relating to land, revenue and buildings in Delhi . He is well experienced in drafting and pleadings etc.

He has been handling matters pertaining to Taxation, Customs and Excise, Sales Tax(now V.A.T.) and Income tax for the last 33 years, besides also handling various types of civil litigation at all levels. He handles various intricate issues pertaining to the above fields of law in various courts and tribunals in Delhi including the High Court of Delhi, The Sales Tax Tribunal, the Income Tax Tribunal and CEGAT. He has also been handling search and seizure matters for the past many years with good success.

He was elected as the Secretary Income-Tax Bar Association for the year 1979-1980. He has also served as the President of the Sales-Tax Bar Association 1993-1994.

He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and also the Supreme Court Bar Association, besides Tax Bar Associations.

Gitanjali Kapoor – Bachelor of Law ( Nagpur University ).

Gitangali was admitted to the Bar in 2000. Gitanjali has been handling matters pertaining to Banking Laws, Negotiable Instruments, Suits for Partition, Possession, Recovery of Debts, Injunctions, Insurance etc. She handles litigation for the Company in various Courts and Tribunals in and around Delhi . Gitanjali is well experienced in opining on various corporate issues, liasioning with government departments etc.

Gitanjali is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.

Pankaj Kapoor – LL.B. (Hons.) Amity Law School , I.P. University , Delhi , Diploma in Cyber Laws, Amity Law School , Delhi . He is member of Delhi High Court Bar Association.

Admitted to the Bar in 2005, Pankaj is handling criminal and civil matters in various courts. He has practiced Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Rights Law. He has opined on issues/handled assignments pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights Law, Infrastructure Laws, Banking, Company Law, Cyber Law and on other corporate matters pertaining to Takeovers, Mergers, Amalgamation etc. He has extensively drafted Agreements and Contracts.

Pooja Kohli - Bachelor of law ( Nagpur University )

Admitted to the bar in 2005. Pooja is looking after the litigation in the District Court, Consumer Courts litigation pertaining to Negotiable Instruments, Suits for Partition, Possession, Recovery of Debts, Injunctions, Insurance etc.

Amit has been an Academician, prepares statistics for higher studies in Economics. Amit provides the assistance for Economic Planning, Development & Policy making.

Deepak Malhotra – B.Com. , C.A. , LL.B., C.P.E., Forensic Accounting.

Deepak was admitted to the Bar in 1995 to till 2003, he was closely associated with this Co. , thereafter shifted to Canada . He is an expert in Tax Planning. He is one of the outstationed members of the Company giving his expertise, comment and opinions on various tax related issued from time-to-time.

Prior to being an associate of the Company, Deepak was a Chartered Accountant with :-

M/s. Arthur Andersen, Delhi .

M/s. K.P.M.G.

wherein he got a good blend of experience related to corporate accounting, taxation, etc.

He is stationed at Canada and is looking after the interest of our Company in Canada .

Amit Taleja - B.Com(H), C.A. - Delhi ;

Amit is an associate stationed at U.K. and is looking after the interest of our Company in U.K.
